• Does it contain sugar?

All Wise products are free of any sugar, hydrogenated oils, or preservatives! Some flavors are sweetened with dates: pistachio and pecan only!

• How long does delivery/shipping take?

Delivery takes between 3 to 4 working days outside Jeddah, and two to three working days inside Jeddah.

• Does it get damaged during shipping or delivery?

The packaging is tight and secure and there is no harm in having the products at the delivery company's headquarters for several days.

• Does it get damaged if exposed to heat during shipping?

There is no need to worry in this case. The products are not affected by heat. The important thing is that they do not get wet. We would also like to draw your attention to the fact that the butter is stored in containers.

It is made of glass, not plastic, which makes it non-reactive when exposed to heat.

• I am on a diet, are the products suitable for diet?

Excellent! Wise Natural Butter is suitable for dieters as it is free of sugar and hydrogenated oils and contains premium ingredients. The healthy fats in butter also help you feel full and, according to studies, help improve metabolism.

• Should I keep it in the refrigerator or outside?

There is no need to store butter in the refrigerator. Store it at room temperature and away from moisture, and stir it with a clean spoon before each use!

• Why is there oil at the top of the bottle?

The separation of the oil in the nut butter is a good sign because we do not use additional and unhealthy ingredients to prevent separation. Do not throw away the existing oils because they contain the essence of the oils and vitamins. Simply stir it with a spoon and enjoy the taste and benefits!
